Incompetence only results in higher taxes

A culture change is desperately needed

The biggest drivers behind incompetence are a lack of qualifications, a lack of motivation and a lack of understanding. It is imperative that individuals are serving in the proper role; a role that matches their strengths. The length of stay in a role matters and is something that should be managed through periodic re-organization. Un-clear directions from management is the biggest talent killer in any work environment.
